District Manager

Position Summary:
District Managers are responsible for managing multiple stores through effective leadership in the areas of driving sales, merchandising, store operations, and loss prevention. The qualified candidate must have multistore fashion apparel experience in a high volume and fast paced environment. If you are an excellent leader with high customer service standards, team building skills, and extensive multistore supervision experience, you are ready to join the Dots team!

Store Manager

Position Summary:
The Store Manager positively represents the culture of the company and is responsible for managing all aspects of a stores operation, abiding by company policy. Some of the tasks include opening/closing, customer service, employee training and development, recruiting, interviewing and promotions, and achieving financial goals. He/she must communicate openly and effectively with staff, supervisor, and loss prevention and key home office departments. Reports directly to the district manager. Regional Loss Prevention Manager


LOCATIONS:

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Boston, Massachusetts

Position Summary:
Reduces inventory shortage, cash loss, and company liability within a defined area of stores. Assists store management in all aspects of loss prevention.
