ORDER RETURN OPTIONS
Dots is proud to offer a "No Questions Asked - Hassle-Free" return policy. Returns of any product purchased from Dots are always welcome at Dots at anytime, for any reason, if the process below is followed.
You have two return options available for returning any merchandise purchased online via the www.dots.com site ("Online Purchase"); in-store or by mail.
RETURNS BY MAIL
If you prefer to return your Online Purchase by mail, fill out the return form that accompanied your purchase, include the original packing slip for the Online Purchase, pack the merchandise and packing slip into a sturdy box and apply the supplied return label. You may want to retain a copy of your packing slip for your records. For each item returned, indicate quantity and the reason code. Please send all shipments prepaid and include all merchandise tags. All packages should be sent through a traceable and insurable method. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment used for the Online Purchase (excluding shipping and handling and gift wrap charges). If the credit card on which you originally charged your Online Purchase is either not available or expired, you will receive a merchandise credit to use whenever you like for future Online Purchases or for making purchases at any Dots store.
Only Online Purchases can be returned by mail, but both store and Online Purchases can be returned at any of our stores.

Please allow up to 30 days for us to receive your return and process your credit. Once the return is processed, we will send an email confirmation of your credit.
EXCHANGES BY MAIL
If you want to exchange an item, simply use the Return by Mail instructions above and re-order a new item at dots.com.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES IN STORE
If your Online Purchase does not meet your expectation we are happy to accept returns at any Dots store. If you don't want to return or exchange your Online Purchase by mail, simply bring your return with your original packing slip to the Customer Service Desk of any Dots store near you. At the store, you can exchange it for something else, receive a merchandise credit to use whenever you like at any Dots store, or receive a credit to your original form of payment used for the Online Purchase (excluding shipping and handling and gift wrap charges). Returns without a packing slip and/or merchandise tag will be issued a merchandise credit for the current selling price of the product.
ORDER/ITEMS RECEIVED ARE INCORRECT
At Dots, we take pride in filling our customers' orders to a high level of satisfaction. However, if in the event that your order/items you received are incorrect, we want to rectify our mistakes. Our friendly return and exchange policy as specified above makes it easy to correct your order. We sincerely apologize for the error made in the processing of your order and for the inconvenience it may have caused you.
If you received extra items that are not yours, please e-mail or call us with the information from the items that are not yours. If you are missing items from your order, please e-mail or call us with detailed information of what is missing so we can reorder it for you. If you received someone else's order completely, please e-mail or call us for assistance with the order number from the order you did receive, as well as your order number so we can track your merchandise.

ORDER WAS DAMAGED UPON RECEIPT
If you receive your order and it is damaged, please call Customer Service toll-free at 1-877-266-9322 for assistance in reordering new merchandise or to be reimbursed. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.
