Q. Do you offer gift boxing for purchased items?
A. Yes! If you're shopping for a loved one, we pay special attention to gift orders and give you the choice to omit price and sales slips in our checkout process. At your request, we will include your personal gift message at no charge. For an additional $5.99, we can gift box a purchased item. On the "checkout" screen where your items are listed, you will see a "gift wrap" option. When choosing this option, a pop-up window will appear for you to check the box of the item(s) you wish to gift box. The Gift Box ($5.99) will be added as a separate item to your order, and the item you want gift-boxed will be added to your "gift-wrapped" list. Please note: Footwear, jackets/outerwear, including plus sizes, are not eligible for gift boxing. In addition, a charge of $5.99 will be added to your order for each eligible item you choose to have gift boxed.
To remove the gift box from your order, simply click the "Edit Gift Wrap or a Gift Message" link that appears in the Checkout page. The pop-up window will appear again where you can uncheck the box listed for gift wrap.

Q. Why can't I cancel my order?
A. Online orders are only held for one hour after they are placed. This is to insure a speedier processing of your order to provide you with the best delivery service available.
Q. What are the dots dream Reward Card Official Rules?
A. dots dream Reward Card frequent shopper participants will earn one stamp on their Card for every $10 spent in a single transaction. Number of stamps per $10 spent calculated after any discounts, promotions, and returns/refunds. Cannot combine separate transactions to earn a stamp. Exclusions include tax and gift card purchases. Cardholders must have their Card present to receive a stamp--stamps will not be awarded for prior purchases.
